I never imagined i would ever be in a place like this. An island on the edge of France. It used to be before they built the automobile bridge, you were either stuck here or not getting in at high tide. Such a beautiful place. The couple that run/own the hotel are fabulous and i wish they were closer so I could visit more. I guess the remote is also what makes it special. The room is modern, beautiful and tucked away from what becomes a tourist crush in the summer. I however showed up in winter and i am guessing it's equally beautiful. Between the hospitality and remote setting of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île I will definitely eventually make the journey back read more
