Finally I have my house. Getting the loan from the bank was one of the trickiest mission for a foreigner to buy the house. However the loan counselling with Herr. Reischhofer and all the extra fine helps per E-mail and on ohones with him. Allowed me to sign the contract in 10 days with full of my contentment.
