What I got was sales pitches for equipment much more expensive than what I chose, an exclusive clublike atmosphere that was unwelcoming, and nobody who bothered to inform me I didn't need a nicotine level as high as I selected. The result was I have never consistently vaped, I keep smoking cigarettes, and fear all of the health risks daily - but feel hopeless about quitting. And then I met Bobby and Ming. Who yes, I know by name from their introductions - a rare thing. They consulted me on my habits. They showed real concern about helping me move past cigarettes. They insisted on creating a custom juice - which they named and logged in a book to keep handy. And then I got home, and my Itazte mvp wasn't working after a year of little use. I took it to them hoping they could help, and I was willing to buy equipment if I needed. Did they try to sell me parts? This is most definitely my favorite shop around good people,good vibes,good juices. They have excellent customer service and a staff of great people.
