I've been renting with these people for over 4 years and spent over 6k with them. The new management specifically Lorraine is the most UNHELPFUL b***h you could possible ever speak with. She calls ME out of the blue mid day to ask me how she can help me with my storage. When I explain to her Im moving my things out of storage the same way I've put them in there. She every single time has given me excuse after excuse as a reason to say no. I'm tired of speaking with her. She is incredibly rude has no sense of customer service. Don't rent with these people. They have Mice and Rodent infestation on there property and are the least helpful people if you are trying to end doing business with them.
