Selection is above average -- they have some beautiful vintage pieces, too. Delivery was prompt. Turnaround time and responsiveness are stellar. If you aren't there when they arrive, they can charge an extra fee. The delivery went okay (showed up around 5 pm the day before our event) and the tables and chairs were adequate. After the event, they postponed the pickup by a day, then still couldn't commit to a time. They called 15 minutes before they arrived. We were both working, but thankfully relatives were able to cover us. For some reason, maybe because there aren't many other options, they appear on "Locals Love Us". We didn't love our experience and will probably be looking for another option next time. We have had good customer service from K&K in the past, but weren't aware they rented this sort of equipment.
