Awesome prom dress selection in every size, color, and style there is (other stores only had a few styles to choose from), and we were able to walk in, get fitted, and walk out with a rented tux in one visit too. I went in today (May 1st, 2022) hopping to schedule an appointment to try on wedding dresses.....I first spoke to a nice woman who went to get the woman in charge.. I don't know if this second woman was the owner or manager, but she was absolutly terrible! She wouldn't even let me make an appointment. I was told that I would have better luck finding a dress online, beacuse I'm tall....and plus size. She said "how many dresses will you find that will fit really good? Not many" And that if I did find a dress that fit, at this store, I would have to buy it rite then and there....she was condescending, rude, and didn't listen to a thing I tried to say. Her repeated remarks about how hard it would be for me to find a dress that fit, made it clear she is fat phobic and would body shame me if I were to try on any dresses there. She really needs to learn some manners and customer service. I'll give it 2 stars only beacuse the first woman I talked to was nice and tried to help. read more

there was a nice selection of Prom dresses that were VERY reasonably priced here, HOWEVER the sales staff where among the worst i have ever endured! They treated us so poorly. We came in 1 hour before they closed for the night & walked through & pulled maybe 6 dresses my daughter wished to try on for a purchase for her Senior Prom. They seemed annoyed & when my daughter found the dress she liked we asked to try it on in a few other colors to see which suited her best. This is when they went from being annoyed with customers to just plain rude! The sales lady said only if you going to buy a dress- "I'm sorry but isn't that what we are doing? shopping in your store to chose a dress" was my reply. Honestly, have never been treated so poorly- If that dress that my daughter feeling love with had a label so we could look up the designer & buy it else where we would have just because of how rude & nasty they were. Dress was a steal at $ 149- considering. She needed two for two different balls I would have bought her other gown there as well if they had ANY customer service to speak of. We are used to spending $400-600 per gown so its their loss due to poor business skills in customer service. When i asked if the sales lady was the owner ( bc I couldn't believe any employee would be so rude to customers) she told me she doesn't work there shes just helping out the owner- " so you don't work here, yet you waited on us yesterday & again today" i asked her- then i had to ask for a dress bag for the gown & not to have it thrown into a bag....Unbelievable! i WOULD not recommend shopping here! read more
