It is now July 22, and despite multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages, I still have not received my report. When I finally reached someone, I was told the report would be emailed to me, but more than a month has passed since that conversation and I still have not received anything. I do want to be fair and say that my initial appointment and testing experience went very well. Everyone was friendly, and the gentleman who assisted with my testing was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through afterward have been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I need this report in order to move forward with receiving the appropriate medication and treatment, so this delay has had a real impact on me. As a business owner myself, I understand that delays can happen, but going nearly six months without clear communication or receiving a promised report is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this review results in my report finally being sent to me. UPDATE: Less than two hours after posting this review, I received my completed test results. I appreciate Dr. Davidson for finally sending them. I understand that injuries happen, and I am sorry she has been dealing with and recovering from a back injury. However, patients still deserve communication, an explanation of what is happening, and at least a reasonable timeline. Instead, I went months without returned calls or clear information despite repeatedly trying to contact the office. What is most disappointing is that I received a direct message from Dr. Davidson less than two minutes after posting my review, and then received my final report less than two hours later. I am grateful to finally have the results, but I do not believe it should have taken a negative public review to receive a response and the report I had been waiting for since January.

They have made a huge difference in the mental well being for myself and my daughter and I cannot recommend them enough. Right now we have a tough time with the stay at home orders. They have adapted both from a treatment standpoint as well as a business standpoint .
