Quick Taught: I had a perfectly smooth experience with the online store iDrinkCoffee when I bought my new Espresso machine. I got it all: Good price, fast communication and quick shipping and machine well packed. Before I bought the machine, I sent a technical question regarding the product and they promptly reply with the details. I've been buying a few of their house roasted blends for about 6 months and always happy with those recommended. I got the soft sell treatment when talking a new machine to replace our aging Cuisinart - we can't really justify the high end units they have, so the guy (owner?) suggested a new machine he was taking on - It just came in and I'm very impressed, Bonavita 1800 with a nice thermal carafe - brewed a pot in like 5 minutes and it was noticeably better tasting - and the carafe kept the coffee piping hot for ages. Decided to deal with a local shop to purchase a machine as I wanted to 1. support local businesses and 2. Look and feel the product I was purchasing. The service at the store was impeccable to say the least. I was running late up to the shop and gave the a quick call to see if they would stay open until I arrived and they didn't mind.. Above and beyond that gesture, Richard spent over an hour with me answering all my questions and providing suggestions on what would fit my needs. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the worst place to work. absolutely horrible. management is incapable of anything and treats staff like garbage. if you want to be yelled at and discriminated against this is the place to work. It doesn't matter how long you work here and how many years you put in they will get rid of you. which is why they have suck a high turn over rate. I purchased an Alex Duetto III & a Mahlkonig k30 in March of 2013. Excellent advice & service over the phone. Last week, I called them because I had an issue with my brew boiler temperature sensor. They did not ask too many questions and promptly shipped the part express so I could get it before my new year eve party at no cost. I ordered a Rocket Espresso machine and grinder on a Tuesday 2pm it was delivered the following day to London. I followed it up with some accessories and had the same experience I would not hesitate in buying anything from them When their shop shows as closed someone still answers your emails. Submitted a request late Sunday to get an answer back on Monday and they responded late Sunday. read more
