When purchased a new vehicle she stated I had vehicle four months before it was even in the US was still being built overseas and i Did not have in my possession. When I questioned the inflated astronomical amount I am paying for two vehicles . A clean driving record , accident free she would send me internet articles explaining inflation and ignored my specific concern for the mistakes her mother had done towards my policy . This is insurance fraud . When i requested documents i could not access on the website and stated to contact your agent she claimed she did not have access . After being able to locate those documents and visibly seeing the rates and dates of the new policies my suspicions of paying over five thousand a year for two cars was due to the careless and questionable fraud on this agents behalf . She clearly could not afford the rent in her last location and was trying to compensate for her loss of several clients who also dismissed of her once she lied regarding her relocation. when you try to discuss anything or communicate she tries to intimidate you by making you seem stupid and sends articles off the internet in place of communicating properly .
