We arrived on time and were told the clinic was running at least 30 minutes behind. There was already another patient waiting ahead of us, which suggests the delay was known before we arrived. We were not contacted in advance to let us know about the delay. We understand that unexpected situations can arise in healthcare. However, a courtesy call or text would have shown respect for patients' time -- especially for new clients. We had other appointments scheduled afterward and would have appreciated the opportunity to adjust our plans. First impressions matter, and this wasn't a great one. Hopefully the clinic improves communication around scheduling delays in the future. We will not be going back and found another optometrist that will appreciate our business.

Ive found most of them go out of their way to help out with any eyewear situation ive been in. I purchased a pair of glasses here 2 years ago. I received them within the week of ordering, good condition. I ended up stepping on my glasses this year and they were happy to order me a replacement of the same pair I had broken. They honoured the sale they had for 'Buy one get one %off' even though I was not purchasing the lens only the frames. They helped me out alot by doing this as my frames/lens together originally costed at least $800-900. I think I ended up paying $200-250 for the replacements. Anyhow this pair took about a week as well and had new frames/ lens good condition. A month ago I had a problem with contacts I bought elsewhere causing eye pains, so wanted help on different contact brands. They were more than happy to help and understand what exactly was wrong with the previous ones and what I wanted to order next. They gave me multiple testers of different types which caused no pain in my eyes. I just order a bunch and received a call to pick up with 3 days. -- Friendly service --fast orders --top brands but expensive frames --usually promotions offered.

Yes they have name brand but they are 95% all defective and will not last you past a year. They do this because the warranty is up in a year. This is my third pair of frames from pearl vision that have completely fallen apart from nothing but a light cleaning. Considering the price tags you would think you are buying quality but it's all the same crap. Stick to Costco or other places virtually the same frames made from the same plastic.

Their selection was very impressive -- kids, men's, women's and sunglasses. Their salespeople were very visible, friendly, helpful, but not pushy. I chose my glasses frames and the sales staff helped me chose a pair of prescription sunglasses (certain frames would not work with my prescription). They gave me full information on my lens options and were upfront and honest about prices and what works and what doesn't. They even offered to call my benefits provider to inquire about vision coverage for me. The glasses took about 1.5 weeks to come in and I'm very happy with the results. The optician made sure the glasses fit properly and that I was happy with the glasses. They also told me that if I had any problems that all I had to do was stop in for a free adjustment. Great products, great opticians, great experience overall!

Elsewhere, I had the most off-putting experience with an extremely rude and abrupt optometrist, and kindness is something I require from a health professional. So I'm holding on to my optometrist here (Dr. Sarah Cleghorn) for dear life. They're right beside a Lenscrafters so if you find a frame you like, you save yourself a lot of time by not having to drive anywhere else. I've had mostly good experiences here and have recommended this place to my family.
