After 2 weeks of waiting in total I get a call and they tell me they don't know what's wrong and that they actually don't do any micro soldering and I'd need to find some other place to fix it. I wish they wouldn't have lied about the micro soldering at least id understand why they don't know what's wrong but it took them 2 weeks to tell me a new battery won't work and they don't know any more than that.
