I came into the salon asking for a soak off of these nails I got for a trip I needed them off as I…read moreplay guitar! I go in ask for a soak off and they do the normal drilling to make sure the acetone gets in good. Then I get a new nail tech and he takes a nail file under my nail and it really hurt and he's just taking off some of my nails and I tell him I wanted a soak and he's like OK. He starts clipping down my fake nails and he's soaking and he keeps just drilling them and I tell him it starts to hurt because it feels like he's drilling my actual nail and he drilled the top of my nails too far, He cut me pretty bad with the drill. He clipped my finger the cuticle clipper, and it won't stop bleeding. This is probably the worst service I've gotten here. I asked for a soak off and I really did not get that at all, and he was laughing about cutting me with the drill. Not their finest moment at all!!

We got a chair right away and they were working on us within 15 minutes. We each chose one of the more expensive treatments - mine was aloe vera-based and the better half's was ginger -based. Both treatments included paraffin soaks and covered everything up to the knee. The young lady who took care of my long-neglected feet was energetic, friendly (but not intrusive), and did an excellent job. The massage chairs worked us over, my feet look better than they have in years, and we both decided to indulge in this on a regular basis. It's a little costly, we were there getting worked on for about an hour. And, in a piece of refreshing honesty, I was paying for both of us with new $50 bills and two got stuck together. As we were getting into the car, the young lady who worked on me ran at and stopped me, telling me what had happened and giving me my extra $50 back. This was an excellent experience overall.

I went in about 1:10 for my 1:30 appointment and he told me to leave bc the sweet lady I was seeing was busy. He stated "can't you see she's busy, you come back"! Lucas, the new manager has been completely inappropriate with several different customers as I sat there this evening 10/2. Not only was he questioning a customer about where she lived, what she did for Work, "when are your days off? When are your days off?" the lady did not want to give him any information and he kept pressing her! and then he was belittling her by telling her that he made more money than her and he works eight days a week. He also harassed a 14-year-old girl about payment BEFORE she even received a service! He asked her if she was awake when she came through the door!! And then he hovered around her station while she was getting her nails done and he would not leave her side!! Not okay!! He also made an inappropriate comment about a customer buying D R U G S from another nail tech/stylist after breaking a large bill + he was talking about money laundering while I was getting my pedicure! DO NOT GO HERE!!
