I got…read morea dishwasher from the Brick on the 8th of January and Trans Global installed it and cost me $895. The guy who "installed" it, noticed that the valve was broken and had the audacity to say that I would have to purchase a valve. I responded that "The valve SHOULD be included on installation." They installed it anyways and "it's working" but wasn't because water was not going through. I called the head office and the same install guy came and "fixed" it by pouring water in the drainage in the washer. The day after I called again stating and told them the same issue. They say they "send someone in on the 21st to fix it." The 21st came and went and NO ONE showed up! I called the next day and they told me that "My appointment is on hold because I can't pay for a valve part and Admins are in talks with the store and will get back to me." And seven days later, that is the last time I heard from them! I am surprised that this company is still in business. Poor customer service, poor service in general! They like to gouge! This was the first and LAST time I'll shop at the Brick as well!!

We reached out to Dave and booked a time to meet up. He wrote up a quote and he started our projects a few weeks later. Projects included: Removing door and jam and drywalling over the entrance, he also did several other drywall patching. He installed our hood fan, hung several hooks, added shelving to our closets and laundry room. He also added moldings along our baseboards and refaced our dated 1990's fireplace with fluted wood paneling. Dave, was true to his name, very dependable! He worked extremely hard and did a wonderful job. We are very very pleased with everything he did for us and would totally recommend him to anyone that needs a dependable handyman!!!!

Dave showed up ready to work when he said he would. we were immediately impressed by his personable manner. then we were very impressed and pleased by his work. He rebuilt an exterior door frame and re-tiled a shower. I highly recommend Dependable Dave.
