Alex knows there's always a line for delicious milk tea. Alex calls in his order. Alex is smart. Be like Alex. P.S. BUY 5 GET ONE FREE!

Consistency is key when it comes to good boba milk tea and this location always does it well. itea in SL is still one of the best in the game. Always long lines but they're very efficient and get orders out fast. Iron goddess milk tea aka tieguanyin milk tea with light ice and less sweet is the order to get. Food is delicious too, btw.

On our way home one night and decided to pick up some boba and snacks. We ordered some drinks, basil popcorn chicken, and a house rice noodle. I had a green tea milk tea. It was more taste of milk than anything. The basil popcorn chicken was okay. The house rice noodle was actually pretty good. The place is decent. Just not one of my top five when it comes to boba.

coming in, there was a line and it went by super fast. the worker taking orders was so accommodating and great at communicating. all the order came out pretty fast even though it was busy. I will forever lovw the popcorn chicken in itea! overall, great service and plenty of space to sit!

M7 ordered, PAID for chia seeds and they made the order WITHOUT boba:((( Call and asked if they can remake, I offered to come pick up for my colleague! Whoever answers the phone ask me to bring the drink back so they can put the boba in I said 'are u serious??' You really expect a customer to come back all the way to just have boba put in their drink??? Zero service skill whatsoever

It was nice to see that they redid their menu photos and added new drinks. I opted for the G1 mango lemon tea this time. It was very refreshing and not too lemony. If you're coming with friends during peak hours, consider carpooling since the lot fills up quickly

They're always busy. Popcorn chicken and C.1 signature milk tea are the best. Been coming here for over 7 years

Popcorn chicken. Sadly, it was too dry inside. Not worth $9!

My co-worker and I came here for lunch over the weekend. You have to pay for meter parking, which is a bit of a bummer. But it isn't expensive. The line was super long. Out the door! So we were scared about making it back to work on time. It took time to get to the front of the cash register to order. Once you order, you get a number and try to find a table. We were standing around waiting for someone to get up. It is a casual place. I think it needs more tables. There is the space for it. The food came out super fast! I was impressed. I got the black oil garlic ramen. So delicious! The egg was cooked to perfection IMO. Soft Boil. The broth had such rich flavor. Noodles were just how I like it - a little chewy. My co-worker got the pork belly rice bowl. He said he enjoyed it. Very filling. We got popcorn chicken, which was so meh. The chicken was dry inside. Not moist at all. Could have done without the popcorn chicken tbh. Wasted $9. We got mango saago drinks which was nice and refreshing. Good amount of toppings in it!

I love the brown sugar Boba! It's so yummy and also I always get the crispy fish, I always get it cuz I want to eat it for lunch! Ty!!

Came back cause I was craving and did not fail Chicken steak rice plate: or as I like to call it, popcorn chicken fried rice plate. I ordered dine in and got a nice big plate with napkins and a metal fork. chicken reminds me a lot of popcorn chicken. Like a bigger flatter popcorn chicken that was cut into slices. I mean this in the best way, chicken was fried, was super tender and moist and of course, delicious. Fried rice was alright, standard fried rice, and with given only a fork, I had to scoop multiple time for one mouthful. But didnt matter since the meal was delicious, and I got nice and full with still almost half the plate still un eaten. Extra I like the cashier, very efficient There are tables in the restaurant (which isnt true for some itea places One of the only boba places I know with rice plates, udon, and ramen. When asking for water, they asked ice or no ice, I got ice and a straw. Straw that was given was a boba straw and cup was small. No self order I think there is a mochinut in the same building like turn right and thats the mochinut cashier Saw about 3-4 staffs during night Was super busy but fast service got people in and out quickly Ordering a rice plate, I got a number stand and they brought the rice plate to my table 5/5

2 tea we ordered was pretty good, shop has fine atmosphere, nice tables with professional and very friendly services, yes, I 100% recommended this tea shop. 1 personal suggestion to shop - better ventilation systems so can skipped "the smell of kitchen fumes " which will be awesome wonderful.

I ordered popcorn chicken NO spicy and this is what I got Spicy and OLD popcorn chicken. Make sure you check the chicken before leaving this place. I don't have time to drive 20 minutes to return this chicken.

My go-to for calamari rings. Piping hot! Yumm Fast service and clear orders despite of it being loud from the drinks maker. Plenty of snack options.

It was $8.50 before tip, which is very steep even with today's rising boba prices. They also have orchid oolong tea and a guava and peach flavor which I want to try next time, as well as selling hojicha and matcha. You can sign up for rewards at the ordering kiosk. It's sour and acidic but still sweet; I do wish in hindsight I'd asked for the lime to be removed, which is part of the drink customization settings, because the lime really overpowered it and it's harder to make out the pineapple. It had a rigid cup though, seems to be decent enough quality to reuse the cup. Overall, the drink was decent, but I took off a star because of how pricey it was. Still, I appreciate the premise of all the drinks containing lime and that they have some less common drink flavors.

It gives off such a welcoming, community-centered vibe -- like they genuinely want people to come in, enjoy good food and drinks, hang out, relax, and just have a good time. I was indecisive while ordering because there's just too many goodies to choose from and IK that can be annoying, but we had great service because the guy that took our order was patient and seen that my struggles was most definitely real . We ordered mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, curly fries, and two large Thai teas -- one with green apple jelly topping, which paired sooo well to me hehe. We don't eat out much because we cook at home nowadays, so when we do, we wanna enjoy the classics lol. It's actually really cool seeing how the place has evolved over the years. The very first time we came, the back area looked like this cute little library/study hall/tutoring/game/hangout room. Then a couple years into the COVID days, it turned into a unique snack and gift shop vibe. Now it's this awesome mini arcade/lounge setup with comfy seating, sports on TV, and really great food (savory & sweets) and drinks. And the food is SOLID. Even on my last mozzarella stick, I still had a cheese pull -- and it had already been at least like 20-30 minutes. That says a lot on the quality. What also makes this place stand out is the little acts of kindness. Part of their service is while we were already getting busy, grubbing, they randomly offered us a complimentary yummy, soft, and fluffy eggette on a stick with their condensed milk sauce, which gave me that feeling like how a love one would just randomly give something very sweet just because. I don't go out much anymore, but if I'm craving for some outside sweets and treats oh and almost forgot to mention how pretty affordable for the quality and portions we got for our meal, I'm def bringing my nieces n nephews here when they visit! I love the different chairs, décor, games, ambiance, food, and drinks! They keep everything so clean, neat, and organized at the station from where you sanitize your hands, grab your napkins, straws and condiments-- it genuinely feels like there's something here for everyone. You HAVE to find at least one thing you'll enjoy here!
