They promised quick help -- then ignored emails, skipped phone calls, and left us hanging for nearly a year. When we finally heard back, our original contact was gone, and the delays started all over again. After two years of poor communication and zero follow-through, they had the audacity to bill us over $1,000. When I questioned it, the owner was rude, defensive, and made it clear he saw us as the problem. No apology. No discount. No accountability.
