The service writer was polite but didn't speak English. Very expensive for a routine 15,000 service: 420 euros. About twice what I paid in the US. Took twice as long, too. I'm not sure why a routine oil change and tire rotation would take especially long, but a lot of people who checked in their cars long after I did got their cars back first. I had an appointment. They said the service would take two hours. It was closer to three. They don't take American Express.
