When this happened to me, the manager did not have my back, even though I have been kind, polite and generous to every family. That does not vary. The second time this happened, a year and many sits later, I had gotten the time wrong because it was changed, and when the family complained, the owner demanded I pay her the money I earned from the sit...Once I paid her, she and her husband ghosted me...They had hired me as an independent contractor, and therefore I was also ineligible for unemployment...And so I have been struggling to pay my rent since... I spent several years working for them and made them a lot of money, and at the end, I was just ghosted...And I am not the first nanny who has been hurt this way...I've also heard accounts from others, which is why I've decided to speak out against them...

On some evenings they have child watch for couples that want to go out on a date. Swim classes are on Saturdays, but you can also do private lessons. This is good for younger children that are shy and need extra attention. They have camps during Spring, Winter, and Summer breaks. During summer, the cooking camp is especially popular and fills up the fastest. The swimming pool is heated and is a popular hangout, especially on weekends. The Y offers a lot of options. Although it gets crowded in the morning with seniors and teens in the late afternoon, it is less crowded and cleaner than the other gyms in town.

Tiffany is wonderful with her children and loves them like her own. The education and structure she provides is above and beyond what I could have hoped for.
