The first night we ordered a few dishes as a group...the calamari, french fries, a plate of the red peppers stuffed with bacala served with mussels and a giant prawn...wow, these were all so good we left nothing in our plates. We drank some great basque white wine. Its a casual place with a bar side and a sit down dinner side, with outside seating as well. Our waiter was a nice and friendly guy. The second night we ordered a fish...possibly monk fish, served with mussels and clams in an espelette chirozo cream sauce...WOW, what a meal. It was a shame to have to leave the cream sauce on the shells of the mussels and clams, but it was so good.
