Please remove the free logo offer when checking in at the store. Apparently this offer is not valid. I checked in, showed the offer to the cashier and he told he couldn't use the code to give me a free logo, I asked him to double check I guess he asked the manager and confirm that in fact he couldn't me the free logo. read more

That place was a complete hot mess i think they need to hire more people and add more registers at least around July and August the lines are forever long then if you are added patches to the shirts you must get in another line for that not to mention they dont have any parking!! Yea you heard right no parking you must find parking on the side of the road and walk. Your best bet is too order everything online and save yourself from going to this spot the shirts with logos are also expensive there 15.99 and they run small. What i do is go buy the shirts at target or old navy when its tax free weekend and buy them for 5.00 and take them too Ibiley where they will add the logo and iron it on for $3.99. This company has the absolute WORST customer service. Placed my daughter's uniform order in July and I called for status today and the order was never even placed! Mind you, I had an order# and everything. Not only are they ridiculously expensive, they only offered me a 15% discount and free shipping after they screwed up. If your school suggests using them, try your best to have them switch! So dissapointed!! #theordershouldbefree #unacceptable. They dont deserve even one star. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my online order a month ago and still have not received the uniforms. Cannot get answers because no one answers their phones and they do not respond to email requests for status, shipping information, etc. My rating would be zero stars but for the fact that i am required to select a star rating. read more

I am going to keep this a short as possible. I placed my order online in June. Received my order late August after my daughter started school. The sizes I received the first time were wrong. All too big. Sent order back requesting the correct sizes. I followed up many times to check the status of the replacement order. No one ever responded to my messages until I emailed the head of my daughters school because she was not in proper uniform while going to school. He said he would reach out to them. A month later I received the correct sizes. The quality of these shirts are terrible. The embroidering is so awful. See pictures. I emailed about this, they sent out new shirts. New shirts received are worse than the ones I have. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Here it is October 24th and I am still going back and forth with them. Ibiley Uniform in Tampa: 1. long wait to be served to get uniforms because they allowed an indecisive person in front of me measure and feel every size pant they had on the shelf. SOLUTION FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE : give a customer the product and let them step aside to study, decide. help the next customer during that time 2. ONE cashier- line to pay was 5 persons deep. One person was the indecisive lady above. This lady then asked for more tshirts/sizes while standing at THE REGISTER, and the staff accommodated her. SOLUTION; send persons that still want to shop but are at the register back to the ordering booth. don't hold up the rest of your line for one person. 3. Another cashier finally comes, then a manager tells a lady 4 persons behind me to move to the front to be rung up. She was near me when I was at the order booth, ordering many items & trying to decide on sizes of several items. In the meantime, the customers who were waiting in line have to wait longer because she has a HUGE order. SOLUTION: don't pick and choose which customers should go first, it is first come, first serve. read more

I have had a horrible experience with them so far. They sent me adult size instead of kid size for my child's uniform. When I contacted them, it first took me three days to get someone on the phone. The time I did get someone on the phone, I was on the phone for 45 minutes and ended up having to hang up before the conversation was over. I also sent emails through their "contact us" portal, and it took two weeks for someone to respond. To resolve the issue of wrong sizes sent, they were initially only willing to give me a refund, not send me the correct sizes. They also told me I would be charged for the incorrectly sized shirts if I did not send them back. After asking to talk with multiple people, they finally agreed to send me replacements for the correct size. Apparently my child needing child sized uniforms to wear to school was not a priority. It took a month to receive them. I have additionally placed orders for fall/winter gear and have been waiting over a month for these items. read more

The times I've gone to purchase, the employees have been helpful and courteous. I chose to have the school logo monogrammed on all of the polos and had my grandson's name embroidered on the jacket, too. I plan to return yearly. read more

One star is too much!...I when to the store were you can even breath, there is no air conditioning, looking for my daugthers uniforms and great they did not have the size, I asked for help, and they send me to order them online.after waiting almost 3 weeks, finaly they arrived, two days before school. I could not believed what I saw, they sent the order completely wrong....polos adult size, instead of Oxford for girls size M...so no uniforms for them to go to school..so funy!!! I bought 2 Dry-fit PE Shirts (with the school name on them) which originally I thought were a great idea since some students have PE during the hottest time of the day & I figured this fabric would help to keep them cool. The shirts are very bad quality & started to deteriorate after a couple washes. I wrote Ibiley & they wouldn't do anything about it so I want to inform people these shirts are not worth it at all!! I must say I've been a customer for years and the premium polo shirts last for years, but not the dry fit shirts. read more

I explained the situation and that I no longer had the receipt and she assured me that she would do the exchange regardless. She did, they only had one of the sz. After having written a great review, I had a very unfair and rude experience. While having been told that I was able to get store credit for a previous purchase, the story and "rules" suddenly changed while speaking to the manager. Their "policy" seems to be unclear, even for their own employees as I was given false information. I will no longer buy uniforms there again. Buy your shirts elsewhere. read more

I had heard such terrible things about Ibiley that I was kind of scared about going to buy my kids school uniforms. I called the store and asked about their busiest days and was told Thursday-Saturday. They are open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm. So I headed over on a Tuesday around 5. Parking is an issue for all of the tenants. Each storefront has 4 spots, which is insane, but there is plenty of parking along the street. The store was fully stocked and there were several very helpful employees. I told them the school my kid will be attending and they showed me to the polos that were already embroidered. The regular polos were $12.99 and the premium quality were 14.99. They also had a promo: 5 premium polos for $69. The shirts run really small. My kid wears a 4t and is a bit petite for her age and I ended up purchasing the size 6/7 shirts. They run VERY small. The fitting room was clean (there are only 3 or 4 rooms) and I was ready to pay about 15 minutes after I arrived. If you wait until 2 weeks before school starts you will have to deal with the load of parents who also procrastinated and then write angry reviews all over yelp, Facebook and google. It doesn't sound like a pleasant experience. Also, if you bring in your own polo shirts there is a separate line for the embroidery. If you wait until they are out of the already embroidered shirts you will have to make 2 lines. The first to buy the plain shirts and the second for the embroidery. Do yourself a favor and go get the uniforms NOW! read more

Buyer Beware!!! The new location serving Tampa is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Once you purchase their substandard product you are stuck with it. The no return policy serves them quite well. I wouldn't want it back either. Very poor quality apparel. Not to mention they stocked the wrong product as specified by the school. In trying to work with the manager to get my money back he would only respond that "store policy is no returns". Like a robot with a smirk. This place is a disaster full of overworked employees. They do not care about local business customer service at all. Unfortunately, I have been involved with them for just over a year even working with the Operations Manager and nothing has changed. Constant "confusions" of orders and having to call in with no follow up from them whatsoever. The quality of stitching on the embroidery is a hit or miss. Some are perfect and others look like a 5 year old did it. We are now in the process of switching companies and have half of our office in different uniforms until we can completely switch over. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere if you are a corporate office looking for uniforms or scrubs. read more

The Tampa/Brandon location provides a terrible shopping experience. Beware that if you are looking for a fitted girls shirt that they are not true to size. My 5 year old who is 38 inches and 40 lbs is in a size 8/10 with Ibiley products!!!! She has never been above a 5. Their service is beyond bad. When they are providing sales at schools or at their stores, they never have enough sales personnel. You would think since they have been doing this for some time now, and service dade schools, they would know better, but they don't. I just went to buy some school shirts for my daughter. This is the time to go. The store was empty. Also, the price's are really good.6 bucks for a girls polo...if you add the school logo its 9 dollars but, still really good price. At target, old navy, gap and other stores the polo's are more expensive and they of course don't come with the logo. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE. The worst customer service ever. Extremely rude over the phone and did not try to solve our solution. Place an order of uniforms 1 month ago and still have not received it!!!! Called today and was told "they were not ready" had to cancel my entire order and the worst part is that they make you go to the physical store and cancel there. Not only do you have to waste your time and gas but also having to go through the aggravation of the worst customer service you can ever receive. These polos are expensive as it is, the least they could do is hand the uniform in a timely matter. Very disorganized and unprofessional. I went to Ibiley store off of 120th St to get badges for my son on Sunday 8/13/17. The girl at the register asked if I had purchased their shirts or if I had purchased my own shirts, when I mentioned that I had purchased my own shirts the girl at the register told me that it was going to be $1.00 extra. So instead of being $3.99, I paid $4.99. I asked if they were going to be selling them at the school and how much they would be sold for, she could not give me an answer . I also told them that I had a horrible experience with the badges last year as they kept falling off. Here I took my time to go to the store to make the purchase and this is what I had to deal with. I really do not think that its fair that I should have to pay a different price. Why does it matter whose shirt I bought? I came to your store and I made the purchase and the sale went to your store. I would give then 0 stars---This store (and company) is a joke! It's unfortunate that it's the only store that has the patches required by my sons school- better said that doesn't have the patches! They tell you over the phone that they have them and 10 min later when I arrived at the store, they had none. Then they say that they will embroider the shirts for the same price that I would have paid for the patch- WRONG AGAIN! After waiting in line for over an hour I wasn't going to walk away with nothing so I agreed to pay for the embroidery. Some of the staff was very friendly but others didn't even try to help. Would love to say the service is great, but a clerk messed up my order and the customer service at the store is virtually non-exsistant. I never complained when I had to travel 30 minutes back to the store to exchange my order (clerk gave me the wrong size and I know everyone makes mistakes). However, they are so unapologetic and when they still didn't have my order and no one cared to resolve the issue. This may be the worst business in the history of businesses. They do not understand, and apparently do not care, about customer service. They get juiced in to a school because someone knows someone. However, they are a bastion of inefficiency and incompetance. They truly are either apathetic are unintelligent. I would hate to live on that difference. My wife called and hung on for 39 minutes as caller # 6 in line. Apparently there is one person answering calls for every location. The store (Brandon in this case) has no phone...you got that?.....no phone. If someone needs something they just call the manager. Manager being a term used loosely. My wife called Miami, who in turned called Brandon, and was told the uniforms were ready. 45 minute drive....no uniforms ready. Nothing. Worst part was the manager tried to poor mouth the situation......"do you know how many times we had to deliver to your school?". They had to deliver because they overpromised and underacheived. He wanted sympathy because he had to make up for being behind....seriously???? If you can't handle the business, don't BS someone into giving it to you. When my wife was standing there waitng the "manager" was sitting at a desk doing NOTHING. Gee, you're behind in your commitments...what should i do? Hmmm, how about nothing. Then, I'll take exception to a customer being angry at my company's performance. HEre's the plain and honest truth - do not do business with these people.
