If I can give this hotel a negative one star, I Would. I don't know what this place looks like on…read morethe inside because I booked the hotel for a one night stay but I was not able to get in the night I got to Cologne. I know that their reception is only opened until a certain time, but a special request can be made about late arrival when booking, which I did. However, I did not receive any prior message from the property about whether or not they can accommodate for my request. So when my family and I got to Cologne late at night expecting to be able to get a good night rest, well, SURPRISE, the door was locked and we even tried contacting the property with the provided number but no one picked up. My family and I were left without a place to stay that night and had to go through the trouble of traveling to the airport and make the best out of it for a few hours of rest. AVOID this place at all cost and seriously, even the bar near the hotel where we borrowed the phone to call said the hotel was "No Good." This hotel still charged the staying fee but my family and I are definitely disputing this charge. Once again, Cologne has some nice views but AVOID booking this place if possible.
