In our contract, she stated she would use a high quality paint, DURATION, by Sherwin Williams - and would paint two coats. Long story short, she used a much cheaper paint, would not give us the leftover paint as she promised, she didn't properly install an entire side of gutter/downspout after completing the project - and the gutter blew down and was damaged during the first wind storm. After a dozen attempts to reach her (even when reached, she promised to come and fix problems - then NEVER showed up) - she completely ignored all calls and texts from us. We ended up buying our own touch up paint (NOT cheap - we needed three colors), we found out by the salesperson at Sherwin Williams, that she did NOT use the high quality paint that she listed in our contract with her. She went with a much cheaper paint, with a much lower quality rating. We also hired someone else to reinstall our damaged gutter/downspout. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another painter - spread the word, this company/owner is a DUD!!
