They shuttered most of the locations in the region and only have one now in Richmond which moved from the VanCity building to a new one on Cook and No. 3 Road. Also, their online currency trading system is very sketchy. Few financial institutions allow to use them unlike VBCE and others. If you're lucky enough to get cash on-hand, they do offer some of the best rates but that's not enough reason to use them (again).

Since their main service is currency exchange this is the first place I would go if I need any type of currency. If you need an unusually large amount I would call ahead to be sure, but as mentioned there are enough banks in the area you can get what you need.
