I've tried a number of things and everything has been great. My new favorite item are the Dubai Mini Pancakes! YUM! The perfect sweet treat. It is enough to share, but if you're a little greedy like me, then just get them their own. There are tables so that you can sit in and eat instead of trying to enjoy it while driving. One of the workers said they use Omish Ice cream which I concluded only added to the quality of this dessert. It was also at a great price point of 10 or so dollars as Dubai desserts recently are more on the expensive side. Yoders is back! I live in the area, so I used to come here often. They had delicious ice cream and a great staff. Unfortunately (as it appeared from the outside), the old owners were not treating the employees well. They also switched from Yoders (handmade from an Amish community in Sarasota) to some mass produced stuff--without reducing prices! If you tried to come here in 2023, the store was probably randomly closed, and if it wasn't, the ice cream was likely trash (and I stress, not the fault of the employees, they were all wonderful people). That's changing with the new owners. They brought back the local Amish ice cream, and I think it's actually cheaper (from memory). They kept the cute mural style wallpaper, but everything else is refurbished--a stylish teal palette with hardwood floors. We were just there and we weren't greeted in the door at all. All of the customers who were there were already served and I waited there with my husband for 10 minutes just waiting to see if someone would help us or ask what we wanted, but we received no service. We waited maybe 15 minutes in total just in awkward silence exchanging glances with staff with no response before leaving. We wanted to go, but there was no service to actually order or try anything.
