I have visited this store before and based on my experience, I have avoided it, but yesterday I just had to buy something and it was on the way... I tried to enter the store at about 18.28 hrs and the first thing I experienced was a painful hit by the sliding doors on my hand and shoulders and beleive it or not, the door was operated by a sales assistant in the store. It was really painful. At the same time, an Asian sales assistant started shouting in my face loudly, repeating about five times "c'est ferme". Nothing like "sorry for shutting the door over you" or something. I asked them isn't the store open until 7 and again I was shouted at. Another shopping assistant, however, evidently realised that they have been somehow mistreating a customer and said to me that in case I know exactly what I want, they would make the compromise (????) to let me in. Again, nothing like "sorry we hit you with the door". Of course I left. I know this shop has a reputation for bad service but yestarday's experience was above and beyond the worst I have expected. I am a customer that has never complained, but now I am seriously considering sending an official complaint to their HQ. So, my advice is: NEVER, NEVER go there, as for the prices of high-end cosmetics we have to require at least civil, if not polite service. I am sorry there is no zero or negative rating, because this shop fully deserves it read more
