Wonderful service! They actually listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails are so cute and have held up well.

RUDE MALE OWNER/MANAGER!!!! The ladies are awesome and do a wonderful job…read more I've been to this salon a few times, so I was really looking forward to coming back. The ladies who work here are incredible and do wonderful work. I have had great experiences with them, and the woman who did my pedicure today was fantastic. Unfortunately, my manicure that was done by the man (owner/manager) was a completely different experience. He did not ask me what shape I wanted and started shaping my nails square. When I explained that I wanted a rounded shape, he repeatedly sighed and acted frustrated when I asked him to round the edges more. He also argued with me multiple times about the length of my nails when I asked to cut them shorter. He said, "I'm going to cut them short then you're going to want them long when we get finished." I am the customer paying $163 (before tip) for this, therefore should be able to communicate the shape and length I want without feeling like I am inconveniencing the person doing my nails. The finished manicure was also very sloppy. I do a better job at home. There are areas where the polish does not cover the entire nail, visible splotches and unevenness, and the shape is not what I requested. I pointed out specific things that I wanted fixed before I left, but he would not correct them. Instead, he looked at me and said, "We're all done. Go pay." And he got up to walk to the register. I wasn't asking for perfection. I was asking for an issues to be corrected before leaving. I want to be very clear that my experience is not a reflection of the ladies who work here. They have always been wonderful, and my pedicure today was excellent. My issue is specifically with the manicure I received from the owner/manager and the way he acted when I tried to communicate. I hope the owner takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, because the women working here clearly care about providing good service, and I would hate for one poor experience to overshadow the excellent work they do.

I wanted to share my honest experience after visiting this salon three times…read more **1st Visit:** I came in for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was excellent--the owner's son did an amazing job. Anna, the owner, did my nails. They were about a 7/10. While I wasn't completely satisfied with the nail art, I understood that everyone has different strengths, so I decided to give the salon another chance with a different nail technician. **2nd Visit:** Don did my nails. My 5-year-old son was with me, as I didn't have a sitter. He sat next to me, played on my phone, had a snack, and talked like any typical 5-year-old. No one mentioned that children weren't allowed or that there was any issue with him being there. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with my nails. The shape was very flat instead with no real shape in the middle, and within a week a few began lifting at the cuticles. I called the salon, and they immediately told me to come back to have them fixed. I appreciated their willingness to correct the problem. **3rd Visit:** The day I went to fix the problem. Anna wasn't there, but Don took his time to address me when I said I was there to fix my nails after I explained the issues. He fixed it and I appreciated that he addressed my concerns. Again, my 5-year-old son was with me because I had no childcare. He always comes with me when necessary, and we've never had any issues at other salons. He mostly sat, ate his snack, and played on my phone. The only thing that happened was that he mentioned the chemical smell bothered him, and the salon chair rolled away from him twice while he was trying to sit. Since it was just Don and me in the salon for most of the appointment, I didn't see any disruption. My son did not touch any of their items or disrupt anything.  As Don was finishing my nails, he looked at me and said, "Next time you can't bring him." I was caught off guard and asked him to repeat himself. He responded that my son could not come back. I was honestly shocked. If the salon has a no-children policy, I completely respect a business's right to make that decision. However, this was the third visit where my son had accompanied me, and no one had ever mentioned such a policy. Neither Anna nor Don informed me previously, and I never saw a posted sign stating that children were not permitted. As a mom, I would prefer to have childcare every time I get my nails done, but that's not always possible. My husband works late, and we don't have family nearby in Lancaster to help. My son was not destructive, disrespectful, or running around the salon--he was simply a talkative 5-year-old. Because this policy was only communicated after multiple visits, I told Don that they would no longer have my business. I also spoke with Anna afterward, and she confirmed that it was their policy. Again, I respect the policy itself; I just wish it had been communicated from the beginning or clearly posted so customers could make informed decisions before booking. I wanted to share my experience because I know there are many parents who don't always have a village to rely on when they need a little self-care. If you're a parent who occasionally needs to bring your child, this may be something to consider before scheduling here. For comparison, I've had positive experiences bringing my son to Hollywood Nails and Iconic Nails, where I've always felt welcomed when childcare wasn't available. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.

Always nice and do a good job i go there all the time. They very professional and make sure you get…read morewhat you want. Good quality work. Thanks
