Turns out I needed highlights, but the stylist then told me there was not enough time, as I had said I need "color" on the phone. One comment came form across the room from the other stylist, "did you do that yourself?" I said, "no, I got it done". He said with a laugh , "na denn, gratuliere".... Seriously? I am the paying customer who is embarassed enough to be walking around with a color-gone-bad and then I get this attitude and a dismissive request to reschedule? I've heard customer service works differently. Needless to say, I did not reschedule for the week later they suggested. They may have had a busy schedule and the comments may have been snippy due to a bad day, but that's surely a way to lose customers. Sorry guys - def. not going back!

The store is pretty small, so expect to wait (especially on the weekend), but all in all not that long. I did't have real ideas on what I wanted, just a cut and some layers and that is what I got, so it's all good. I am not a big fan of the chatting, when I get my hair cut, and luckily it was not forced on me either. The price of €15 is also good. So, if you want nothing fancy it is a good option in the neighborhood. No idea about coloring though, but one lady that was there seemed to be going back there frequently.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day, although it did start about 20 mins late, but they gave me a coffee to make the delay a little more enjoyable. My visit included a consultation, hair wash + deep conditioning, cut, and style. All in all, it was less than 60€ including tip. I really appreciated that during the consultation, I was told the price beforehand, so there were no surprises. Caro really spent a lot of time on the cut (I was there for about 2 hours total) and was careful to make sure to communicate about how much length would be removed. I left a really happy customer and would recommend her for sure. She also speaks some english for all the internationals :)!
