Overall an incredible experience. Clean rooms with all my fav Bieber and Drake songs. Leather sofas and classy coffee tables helped set the mood. Basically once you're down the stairs, it's a gem to behold. For 1 hour with friends on your way home from Cafe or for 3 hours before Cafe. Cafe. Ahhhhhh. DID I MENTION THE FRUIT PLATE?!? Yes, indeed we got a fruit plate. It wasn't the best fruit, but it definitely hit the spot and matched those classy coffee tables well. Even the rest rooms were well cared for. Overall this is a State College experience you need to have. Just be sure to stick to your time commitments. You definitely don't want to get into a debate with mgt for being a minute or two over your hour limit. read more

Asian Karaoke place. It's a room you rent by the hour. Nice sound system, pretty decent selection of songs. The interface for choosing the songs can be confusing at first and lots are mislabeled, but if you're just looking to sing, its pretty fun. It's BYOB and has some soda/snacks available for purchase. read more

This is a horrible place. If you are dying for a KTV experience, maybe you can come for once. That's it. It's a smelly place in a humid basement. The staff was very unfriendly and was constantly soliciting tips, which is very annoying. They forbid outside drinks. If you see somebody write BYOB, that's WRONG. read more

We came in more than two hours before closing time and were told they were closing. I was pretty bummed considering we had just bought packaged goods and were planning to end our night there. DO NOT GO HERE. This place left a terrible impression. A group of us went in for karaoke and at the end found out the following: (1) They round up in cost by the hour. A 1.5 hour karaoke session ended up being $136. Yes, you read that correctly, $136. (2) They tack on service fees per hour--$10 per hour. Even though waitresses do not stop by and serve you alcohol or food, they still charge this exorbitant service fee. Did I also mention that they don't take credit cards, and the manager followed me to an ATM to watch me pull out money? Because that happened, too. None of these policies were explained when we entered into the establishment. Learn from my mistake and stay far, far away--you can sing karaoke at 210 West for the price of a $3 lager pitcher. read more

ZERO STARS BUT I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS... The music selection was deplorable. How can you operate a karaoke business without having Al Green in your catalog? Also, $300 for a microphone that could have been easily repaired was ridiculous. Also, the name "icy snow" doesn't make any sense. This place is a complete joke. Nothing is in English, and the hosts barely understand english. The prices for a "small " room start at 48 but we were magically billed 60 even though the price was no where on the brochure. We were told that this hourly rate included food and drinks, so we (party of 5) all ordered smoothies. After ordering several times and having someone come back to our room to tell us a certain fruit was not on the menu- we decided to ask what WAS available; 2 fruits one of which we were told directly from the hostess was "nasty". Well she was right about one thing- they were nasty even when it was considered the "better" choice. Upon leaving we were told that we owed them a higher price then what we had ALREADY paid them. The hostess said she "mis-spoke" and quoted us the wrong price. Of course I needed to ask for the breakdown of fees, which she could not provide me. She then told us we owed her for the 5 smoothies, again mentioning she "mis-spoke". We left without paying the difference. I do NOT think this establishment is worth anyones time, money or energy. Horrible staff, horrible prices, and horrible music choice. The entire karaoke platform is in Chinese, even if you choose english artists you sre stuck with a few choices, I'm assuming the artists Chinese think are popular among Americans. Moral of the story: AVOID this place at all costs! You'd be better off finding karaoke versions of songs on youtube and hooking a microphone up to your computer. (If I had the option for NO STARS I would've chosen that) read more
