When I first opened my account they have me a card that would not tap. I was informed I'd have to purchase another card. Even though the card was brand new. We applied for a loan for a car. That manager was awesome! You know who you are! However we ended up going through a different institution because the loan took several days for a response. I had to get help from a…read moreoutside sources to help my mom fix the banks screw-up with my deceased fathers account in the Preston branch. Advange had my mom juming through hoops for three weeks after the passing of her husband. Come to find out, all banks have the government papper work for the beneficiary for the release of funds and can do all of it within the bank. My bank gave me the government paperwork. When my mom took it to Advantage, the manager was very rude to my mom. Come to find out, this problem could have been taken care of on the day of my fathers passing. Instead (without a death certificate), the manager chose to shut down my dads account and send it to their lawyers without notifying my mother. Instead of fixing their messup with papperwork, (they had access too), they chose to cause a lot of stress thoughout my mothers worst days.
