She indicated he had be installing for them for approximately 8 years with very good results. We scheduled an appointment with Matt to get the measurements needed to place the order. He totally blew us off and did not show up so we tried several times to contact him to reschedule and he did finally show up. While he was here measuring, Mine called him to chew him out because he was a no-show on a different job and that that customer was upset and that he had lost that job. Mine finally got the order placed with the manufacturer, but didn't confirm the order and it got delayed three weeks because one of the styles we selected was no longer available. So, once the order got back on track. Mine told us she would confirm the order and call us back the next day, but she never did call us to let us know that. When it finally came in, Matt showed up hours late and only stayed for two hours. He brought his son to work with him. He yelled at him constantly. When it was finally done (took 6 days instead of 3) we found subpar work which included: Didn't nail the molding in place in areas like closets. Just leaned them against the walls. Got cement on doors, wooden decks, cement decking, chairs, walls Floor glue all over the new vinyl. Still trying to get it off. Only sealed one major seam, didn't bother to seal seams in the bedroom or bathroom. He dented many of the metal room strips between rooms. He took the left over vinyl for two of the rooms Didn't clean at all when he was done. Didn't do the math correct on his invoice and overcharged us. We didn't notice until after he was gone. He all but destroyed one of our closet door. We had to buy caulking because there were several gaps where you could see the old flooring. We had to fix that also. We waited for years to do this. Very disappointed! Don't use these people. EVER!!!

SBS carry's lots of contractor grade materials in various sizes and many contractor grade tools. I like that they treat diy folks the same as contractors here . I've been tinkering on my home for a little over a year and have found myself utilizing the staffs wealth of knowledge to get all the things not completed or up to par on the home. Along with thier general construction knowledge they have a great deal of knowledge about all the products they sell, youll be making far fewer trips back and forth. I can tell they do thier very best to ensure you walk out with every little piece to complete what ever your doing . Lastly my individual interactions have been more than pleasant for this I'm grateful . I recommend You give them your businesses They will work hard and strive to help you .

As I made my way to the front station there were 2 females working. I stood there awkwardly for about 20 seconds as I was not greeted. I said hello to an older heavy-set woman who had tons of bracelets on her wrist. She looked up at me, then looked back down to continue staring at a bunch of invoices. She never responded. I had to wait for the younger worker to get off the phone, but she was nice. A guy walked in and said hello to the same heavy set woman and she had no problem responding.. Customer service is everything, and this older woman did not represent this business well. I will continue to be nice to others. One bad apple will not spoil the bunch.
