I phoned Out On A Limb, whose outgoing greeting clearly stated that phone calls would be returned only with a message, so I left one. Desiree called me back within a couple of hours and made an appointment to meet for an estimate for the work needed. A few days later, she and her husband Dallas came over and provided an estimate for trimming back the branches and an old stump. The following week, they made an appointment to come over and do the work. The work agreed-upon was completed in a timely manner. Desiree, Dallas, and Neiko took necessary precautions to ensure the safety of drivers nearby, and our property. I admit I was a kind of nervous about the one branch hanging over our house. I thought "how in the world are they going to cut that down without some of it hitting our roof?" I shouldn't have worried. Neiko (bucket truck operator) cut the offending branch back in smaller chunks while Desiree and Dallas ground up the downed limbs in their woodchipper. Their woodchips go our local organic waste facility for processing into compost, which is very helpful. After the work was done, they honored the price quoted, even gave me a cash discount, yay! and made sure our yard was picked up and tidy.
