Ladies giggling have other conversations while you wait to be attended. They dont try to help you schedule according to your needs. They forget to chart things, (personally, i paid the full amount to get braces on and it was arranged that I be put on braces bottom and top teeth. Somehow they didnt chart well or idk what they did but they didn't get my top braces on and there you go wasting your time to reschedule another apointment because they are not on top of things. Making it a longer time of waste to get your right treatment right the first time.) And that isnt even the worst of the baddest i have in mind, just go so you could see how the staff pays little attention to you!

Husband was seen and initially given a temporary filling and told he would need a root canal. He…read morewas told the filling would last a week to two weeks. They scheduled a full examination for 16 days later at which point they would schedule a root canal. The dentist told him he should be out of pain within 2 days and if not to get ahold of them. A week later, he was still in pain and called the scheduling service. They left a message with the Twin Falls office. Twin Falls office made an attempt to call him back and he missed their call because he was at a spot at work where he could not answer his phone right then. No other attempts at contact were made. A week and a half later his pain became so bad he could not stand it. Multiple calls to the scheduling service resulted in being told repeatedly that they left a voicemail with the Twin office and finally receiving a call from the Idaho Falls office. Idaho Falls office offered to schedule him an appointment for the 21st. He already had one scheduled for the 15th, why would he reschedule at a later date? I started reading reviews and saw that after the bad reviews they were told to call the member services. I called member services and explained the situation. After a 36 minute phone call, she informs me that she just found out the twin office is closed. If the twin office closed, it would probably be helpful for the scheduling service to know that. Also, even if the temporary filling had lasted 2 weeks, that wouldn't have even made it to his next appointment and a root canal still hasn't been scheduled.

When I got there they said they needed to take another X-ray because they couldn't trust that the one was of my tooth - as if my regular dentist would have sent them an X-ray from a different person?!? Then they said, based on the X-ray they have, I need to have my tooth extracted. My old dentist could have done that a month ago! When I told him to go ahead and extract it, he said not without an X-Ray. I went to my old Dentist who said Mint has a reputation for extracting as much money as possible. Don't be fooled by their new polished offices, this guy is a shyster.

I'm going through a tough time the last few months, not feeling well, etc. I mentioned to Heather that I was getting far behind in my housework and yard work. The phone call today was an offer from her and the office staff to come to my house to help me get caught up! I am so unbelievably touched by the offer and the caring shown by everyone there. They had discussed it with Dr. Funk and he approved. I'm honored to know all of these wonderful people. What other dental office would do anything like this?! Their kindness will never be forgotten.
