He was so personable and considerate about how he did the work, how he cleaned up afterwards, and helping me out with understanding the water situation here since I was new in town. Fast forward to today. I was really struggling with how hard the water is here (my hands were cracking and it isn't winter yet!). Because of limited space at my home to install a water softener/filter system, I found a system that worked well for my space but it would require some routing of pipes, etc. to make things work. Ryan sent Jesse to take care of the job, and Jesse was great, too! It ended up being more work than anticipated and he was great about letting me know everything it would entail. He was also very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and patient while we spent the time figuring out the best placement for the system. And he went above and beyond to write down the instructions I'll need to maintain my filter replacements in a year (and even going so far as to label my valves so I can follow the instructions easily, and the labels for the filters so I don't get them mixed up a year from now). He was so helpful and took such good care of me! I had other questions and he answered them without hesitation. And, Ryan (the owner) was great about providing me a very fair price for the work. About a year and a half later I was noticing some gaps in our current seals around the garage door and a small one that seals to the base against the cement. I reached out in the late fall to work on getting them scheduled to "winterized" our garage a bit as well as do a quick "once over" regarding everything else. Alex and his teammate were fantastic to work with! They arrived promptly when scheduled, the price was in line with the original quote (and it was unexpected but they provided me a discount as a Veteran as well). When they arrived they quoted me about a 60-90 minute window to finish the work....they were done right at the 60 minute mark. Everything works great and there's no more daylight showing when the garage door is closed and we're inside the garage. HUGE help! We will gladly use them again if needed...and we'll gladly refer them to others in the area if someone needs help. I love that they are locally owned as I have a small business myself. Family business operated by people passionate about their trade and chasing perfection every day. Service and quality of product were class A. I received a total of 9 quotes for my full roof replacement (40 squares of composite) and Ketron were not the cheapest or going to have the fastest installation. They were just below average on cost and their install was actually going to be one of the longest once it was started. But they had a spot in their schedule to do the work that worked with my busy schedule (I never let contractors work when I'm not around) and their knowledge on the products and process seemed superb and their sales style of no BS, no push, just information made me believe they were going to provide the most value for what I paid. I was correct. Not only did they put a beautiful new roof on my house, they spent several extra days ensuring that every trim, fascia, and waterproofing detail was done perfectly so that I never have water in my house again. There's no way anyone promising 2 or 3 day roof replacements is going to be this thorough. Communication through out the process was spot on and no issues with paperwork or payment terms. They kept the site very clean after every work day. A comprehensive report at the completion of construction was handed over with great detail on any issues they encountered, how they were resolved, and photos showing exactly what I paid for being installed correctly. Genuinely enjoyed talking with both the owners and the entire process was as good as I have ever had with a contractor.
