My husband came back into town mid-winter for something and saw first-hand the job they had done while we were gone. Chris is our point-of-contact and he's been great. Once back to town in Spring, we had them come do our sprinklers and weed & feed job. They've been outstanding. Overall, I've rating them 2 stars which according to yelp is a "Meh, I've experienced better" rating. Based on my experience, this is an appropriate rating. With regard to landscape work I found there prices to be above market. In one instance, their quote was over 3 times more than others...which was due to the addition of multiple upsell options that I neither requested or needed. As for snow removal, I found Whitehead's pricing to be reasonable to market. That said, I was disappointed with what they actually delivered. Two lane exits from my property were down to one lane by the end of a below average snow season. In other instances, customers were unable to back out of parking spaces as Whitehead plow operator did not bother to plow enough remove along the edge of the parking lot. Overall, I can not recommend Whitehead for either Landscape or Snow Plow work. There are others in the Sun Valley area who offer fair pricing and substantially better results for the dollar (e.g., EZ Landscaping).

They are experts in their field, they always respond to requests in a timely manner, are respectful by of your property, and responsible, safe, thorough, and meticulous in all phases of work, including clean up after a massive tree removal effort. We have recommended Arborcare to lots of friends and each one has become a regular client, grateful that we introduced them. We appreciate their honesty: if they can't manage to take care of you right away they always give a time frame and always call if a cancellation opens up a spot. We so respect their work ethic and fairness. We wouldn't have anyone else work on our property. Bravo Arborcare! Keep up the great work!
