I used Yelp to find a local cleaning service, which is how I came across Idalia's business. I've used her services twice so far and plan to have her service my home again in the next month. From the beginning Idalia was incredibly responsive and clear about her services and rates. Over the phone she asked me a set of questions to better understand my request and walked me through the pricing for cleaning my home and explained that in depth window cleaning is a separate charge. Idalia charged me exactly what she had quoted me over the phone. She arrived promptly with another crew member and completed the work within 2 hours. Idalia was friendly and took direction well, as I wanted her to focus on specific areas of my house and requested that she use a few specific cleaning products. I don't write bad reviews but honestly this was unacceptable.. First let me start with I asked for move in move out cleaning service and the 2 lady's that came to clean basically did sweep and mop. I have a pet dander allergy so I asked to do a deep clean and all she showed me were basic cleaning supplies and a bottle that said "dander free Oder"... I asked them to please dust everything that means blinds , fans, countertops... note that my complex was empty and no furniture so there wasn't much to clean but basically clean the place from to bottom. not needing to move anything I come back after 2 hours they said they were finish... First thing I see that was embarrassing for a cleaning service was all the windows weren't cleaned!.. I even put a new air filter so there wasn't dust forming. I asked to clean the restrooms I come to check and see the vents all dirty and still had a thick layer of dust... stove wasn't properly cleaned. The washing machine was still dirty. The bottom of the base boards still had dirt and dog hair. I walk to my bedroom and I can literally see webs of dust in the corners of the walls. Note that I had an empty apartment I don't understand why so many things were left out! read more

They left my home still dirty after service. Spider webs still on corners, dust over furniture, windows left smeared with what ever they used , floors still dirty and sticky, that's just what I saw right away. In my opinion it was a waste of money. read more
