My family has been getting their taxes some here since I was a kid. Great service and never had an issues. Highly recommend.

this place is horrible, was going there for years with my taxes and they haven't answered my calls for six months trying to get 2021 done, for everybody that works there i hope you have trouble sleeping at night knowing you have ignored my 20 voicemails that's not how you do business. Total scam of a business specifically Jorge Silva. Avoid at all costs!! Took my papers 3 weeks before the file deadline, confirmed on the spot they would get them done, and sure enough - never filed the taxes and never returned a phone call!! Will have to show up with the police even to get paper work back, the receptionist is absolutely useless. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

I've always gone to Ideal for my taxes and had nothing but good things to say but this year has been an absolute disappointment. I sent my information to Orlando a month and a half to file my taxes and he assured me it would get done on time, a few days later I checked up on the status of my return and he informed me he was working on it. Two weeks before the deadline I didnt hear anything. The week before the deadline I called again and the secretary tells me Orlando was missing information which I provided. A few days before the deadline Orlando tells me he'll file an extension. An extension that shouldnt have been needed if he had been responsible enough to complete the return on time. Over the course of the following months I continued to call and email but Orlando did not answer or return my calls. The secretaries always responded in a polite and professional manner. Its now June and til this day Orlando has not responded nor has he filed my return not even an apology for his lack of communication and negligence. I had to go to someone else to file my taxes. I trusted this office because based on past experiences when Orlando Sr. was there they were always very responsive and attentive. My experience with Orlando Jr has been a complete disappointment. I've always been very responsible with filing on time but this year i risked penalties due to Orlando's negligence. read more

I have been going to Ideal since I can remember. At first, I hated it, but then again, I was 12 and since my parents couldn't afford a babysitter, it was a love/hate relationship going there. I used to love it cause I got to stay up late, but hated it because it was BORING! Anyway, now that I have my own business, there is no one I would trust more with my money than Ideal. They are a very very busy company and I do not expect to get preferential treatment, even though I have been going to them for 15+ years. Orlando is amazing, funny, personable and quite the character. Everyone there knows their stuff. Can't get any better! read more

Great accountant, however the wait time is ridiculous. I had the first appointment at 9am. I didn't get seen till after the accountant arrived, which was after 11am. I mean, seriously? That's very inconsiderate. read more

It's that time of year!!! I love my accountant he has one instruction every year "whatever you do keep me from having to pay taxes" the man follows the instructions. He is super anal about the information provided so have your paperwork. Now make no mistake you must make an appointment and you will be here for a while. I've been going to Ideal for as long as I can remember. Quite literally!! My parents went there when it was time to do the taxes and I have so many memories of being bored out of my mind while I waited for them to finish up. The big plus was being up late on these nights while I was 8 or 9. Now, I don't trust myself, much less anyone other than Ideal to do my taxes. They're friendly, efficient and sometimes backed up, but they always get the job done, and done well! read more

RUN the other way as fast as you can from these inept, incompetent, people. I had the great misfortune of dealing with them, and they are the worst. You will get zero customer service, from the person who answers the phone, till the accountant himself, who can never ever be bothered to return an e-mail. I had the IRS sending me letters every four months stating that they had not received my income tax papers for the year 2015, which I filed. When I contacted the office, I received ZERO service from them, they could have cared less, that this was happening to a client of theirs. I requested time after time to have my 2015tax return file given to me so that I could mail it to the IRS, my e-mails went unanswered and the girl at the front desk, Michele or Michelli, had no interest whatsoever in helping me. Too lazy to make a photocopy. In the end they mailed the paperwork and GUESS WHAT??? they are so stupid and worthless that they neglected to put enough postage on the envelop and it was returned to my address and it gets better, it turns out they never ever mailed the tax papers when we first contacted them back at the beginning of the year. So no wonder the IRS was sending us notices, they never received anything from Ideal. I will never ever go back to them, and instead of being called Ideal, they should be called Incompetent. I have had my taxes done by Ideal for years. Even after I moved from New York, I continued to use them. Jorge has an incredible attention to detail, and he worked diligently to gather every bit of information from me that could help my tax return. He asked me questions about my house and my medical bills that I didn't realize would be related to my taxes, and his encyclopedic knowledge of tax law helped me to get a significant refund. read more

I just called this company for some questions...Totally dissatisfied with their response. The person who took the phone put me on hold...and the next the line transfered to another lady who was so rude that you would think how you can respond her back. I told her I need to talk to the person Orlando...she was so rude that she said he is busy with client . This person who is so called professional...was so rude than his staff and kept on saying he is busy I cant talk to you , I am busy OMG! I cant talk to you. I have no idea how the quality of the service would be there. When a person cannot answer a simple question ,No idea how he can handle clients. very rude ...NOt professional...ashamed to even meet such people who cannot handle problems and have no ethics at all... He will teach you if you ask any question in a way that you can even be speechless on his rude attitude. Worst people...I have met in my career. I am shocked how can CPA help people who have accepted payments and not filing taxes for that. Shame on this Orlando... for his unethical behavior...HE can even hung up a phone on you.
