One of them is to not have their drive up open before 8 am and for this particular branch it's 9 am. Most people who need to use the bank will stop on the way to work or after work. Either way, it's a bit inconvenient. The nice thing is that they have lots of locations for ATM's in WI and MN. They have been rapidly expanding (buying regional banks) to become the largest WI/MN banking system. They now offer a debit card with rotating rewards based on where you shop. Recently, they added Caribou (which I like) and you get a reward when you shop there (like 15%). Hudson has 4 bank locations which I think is kind of overkill and only one in Woodbury off Radio drive which is kind of a pain in the butt to get to. I rarely go into the bank but the handful of times I did, they were always friendly and helpful. They have a decent banking website which makes it easy to reconcile my account during the month (between statements). They also have agreements with some banks like Bremer so you can get cash at those ATM's without fees. All in all a decent bank compared to the big banks.

The only down side (which doesn't bother me much it helps me save anyways) is that since it is a credit union they are closed on weekends so my paychecks (which process on saturdays) don't go through until Monday morning when they open. Or, per usual, any payments or charges made on the weekend don't clear until Monday as well. But like I said it doesn't bother me much. I highly recommend this bank if you are an employee or family member of an employee. The interest rates for loans are also fairly low and reasonable.
