Staff was great and friendly, but all my hair grew back. Did a year and half of laser for it to all grow back. Legs, bikini, armpit, etc. full body. Not happy to have spent $10k for it to all come back. I wouldn't recommend. And when they say life time guarantee, that doesn't mean free. They didn't tell me you have to pay for touch ups. I was very willing to spend the money for lifetime guarantee. But that wasn't the case. Plus, you have to schedule weeks out and if you have to change your appt, you are two or three weeks behind on your laser schedule. I'm not thrilled. I had a very poor experience with Ideal Image. Not only was I lied to about the results being permanent, I was told that the damage incurred would be less than waxing. I have experienced folliculitis, discolored skin, and scarring as a direct result of the treatment (torture) by Ideal Image at the rate of just over $6,500. I requested a refund because of this, and the owners have refused. They should be ashamed of themselves for running such a scam. I LOVED the services I received from Ideal Images. They are by far the most credible laser hair removal providers my friends and I have ever used. I am very light complected with dark thick hair, and I have had no additional growth since my last treatment session which was over 10 yrs ago. I had my full legs, full arms (including under arms), upper lip, and brazilian treated. Best money I've ever spent and stellar customer service! One suggestion though would be to add a customer referral program with monetary incentives to increase word of mouth marketing. I am a GREAT salesman when it comes to services that I love. I got my underarm and lower abdomen done, it took 9 treatments over a year and a half. Every time I went, the staff was polite and respectful. I didn't have a problem with them, besides some rude remarks they made about my body hair to try to entice me to get more removal done. I'm giving this 3 stars because I am extremely dissatisfied with my results on my underarms. I paid almost 2k to leave with slightly thinner hair then what I came in with. There's a lot of room for improvement starting with customer service and scheduling . This location seems to be very unorganized. Expect cancellations and rebooking . I understand things come up and at times you may have to re-schedule but when it happens more than once that is a huge problem . I'm retired but still have a busy schedule . So when you reschedule it is a huge inconvenience to the customer . Also , remember that you are in business because of the customers . Actual "tech" knew nothing, just kept pointing to poster on wall. I have had plenty of laser hair treatments before in chicago in los angeles (cities that care about aesthetic appeal,) who are at the top of technology and results. They verbally stated they could guarantee 100% hair removal for life, which is not only illegal but impossible. They also verbally told me that all other places put something on your sin which will burn it 100% of the time. Again, not only illegal, but untrue. I then went into a hour long hard sell pitch. She knew nothing gave me some bs "discount" because of how little hair they would need to remove. Absolutely disgusting, every other place I went to, about 8, in San Antonio offered quotes that were 80-50% less then the "amazing deal" they were offering me... BE SMART, Shop around!!!! Lifetime guarantee means nothing when you pay up front, they close the doors, you are S.O.L. trust me, been there! Ultra high-end pricing, low-end service and customer care.
