My PT just started working with someone new right beside me, when a PT assistant came up and told me to do a stretch I had already done earlier. Today received 40 mins of attention. Received a nice 5 min or so massage to loosen sore area. Then 4 exercises (ones prescribed to do at home) and 1 stretch. And that was it! Reading through BBB I am scared to see the billing experience I find reported on BBB. I called after my last appointment to cancel all future appointments. It's a huge bonus that they have urgent care- so many kid issues require last minute appointments and we've never had trouble getting in. Appointments do not feel super rushed. It's cleaner than most doctors offices I've been too. The only down side is during busy times (like after school) the waiting room is packed with sick kids sitting really close to you. All in all though, good quality healthcare is really hard to find these days, and they are doing it pretty well here.
