After trying to contact multiple outfits to have my siding redone, I was losing steam after numerous no-call backs and booked out companies not even wanting to consider my small home. That is until we got ahold with Ideal Siding. Picked up phone immediately and after discussing the work I needed done, project manager sent us an estimate same day based on the measurements of the home. Although he too was booked out a month or so he made very clear that him and his siders would absolutely love to have our business. His crew arrived promptly and on-time with a smile on their faces and professional demeanor. The job ended up being a five day job, two to remove and the three to reapply. During that time, multiple issues from the last "siding job" came to light. Project manager came right out to explain the situation and discuss the options for righting the problem. Always a nice feeling when you talk to a salesman in any business and know that they are truly doing everything in their power to make your experience easy and right the situation without trying to gouge you in the process. After agreeing to the extra work they did what was necessary and completed the job in a timely manner. Wasn't much concerned with the extra work being done but more so that it was being done right. I was pleasantly surprised to find the end quote for the job was well under what I projected. "Great company! We just had our entire house stripped of the old rotten siding and then sheeted, wrapped and new Hardie siding put on. Mike gave us the estimate last year and he was very thorough and straight up with us. He left us with a competitive professional estimate for the entire project. We wanted to start in early July and they froze last year's price for us. James and Cody were the installers and to say they did a great job is an understatement! The project took approximately 5 weeks to complete. The crew was meticulous and REALLY cares about doing a perfect job. They were always so patient and willing to explain things to us. When the guys left each day, they informed us and did an immaculate job of cleaning up and leaving the site clean. James's workmanship is top-notch! When he ran into obstacles, he calmly overcame them and always had a great solution for everything. Mike came down periodically to check on the job and take progress photos and videos - even though he is a very busy guy with lots of jobs on the go. There is a period of anxiety between making the big decision to re-side, re-roof, etc., one's home, and the time when the work is finished, and your big decision has become a reality. You don't know how it is going to turn out and you don't know how the process is going to affect your daily life. Ideal Siding made the process go very smoothly and the end result is absolutely spectacular. We have never worked with a more responsive, professional and detailed craftsman. Oleg was our project manager - very responsive and covered all the details with us. Andrew was the on sight manager. The workmanship was fantastic, done very timely and exactly what we wanted. All of our requests and questions asked were done and answered with the utmost respect. The workers were friendly, efficient and took extreme care to keep our property undamaged. They did a great job with cleanup. We would recommend the Ideal Siding company very highly.
