I have been shopping here for the last six years - and I have been thoroughly pleased from the first time right up to the most recent. I first shopped here for an iMac for my girls who were starting primary school - next year they're off to high school and the iMac is still running sweetly - it's only needed one repair due to an ant issue (otherwise known as a 3 year old boy issue) and they were super helpful and communicative at that time, always letting me know what they were doing and how it was going.
I have bought iPads, covers, cords and headphones and most recently a MacBook Air. The staff give superb advice, they are polite and helpful - they offered me water and coffee while we sorted out a Flexirent for the Macbook. It was the most pleasant experience and they ensure I always go back to them - and avoid major Apple stores, I prefer the personal shopping experience at Idealstore.
