I loved the entire experience from start to finish and more importantly, I love the finished result. I had some basic ideas of what I wanted and Identity Graphic Design's initial questionnaire helped to further define and clarify what I was trying to accomplish. The logo design process went smoothly and quickly. Bill and Linda provided a very comprehensive package that continues to save me time and money. All the various files types I have found myself needing over the past two years were provided up front. I love my logo and my customers love it. When we started our business, we had an idea of what we wanted, but it wasn't until we did Identity Creative's(I.C.) questionnaire that it really came into focus. Then, I.C. gave logo ideas, we refined them, then, they gave us the "recipe" (I'm in the food business) so that our logo would be consistent all throughout our signage, labels, letterhead, business cards, digital/web platforms---the Standards(recipe) was part of our logo package---and did it help! Also, they obtained labels and other production collateral that made it more of a "one-stop-shop" and I could work on my business instead of trying to find vendors.
