She cut it as I asked, but what was different was, she took her time! Then got the scissors out n tapered, evened it up and shaped my haircut. Some of the times you go there to get a haircut and you feel like the sheep herded to sheering. I appreciate the haircut Jodi gave me and will try my best to have her each time I go. Definitely a true stylist!

Called to get a refund, owner says she didn't cut any of my length off that she only layered it. Got a perm also, curl didn't turn out at all. Owner won't refund my money cuz she says it was my fault cuz I asked for a different perm rod. Was there over 3 1/2 hours while she did 4 other clients hair in between mine making me wait and then rushing my hair style. On top of never answering their phones they have the shittiest customer service. Clearly my hairs not messed up because she has 37 years of experience. My ass! My hair is now butchered all to hell and I can't get a refund because the owner didn't mess it up. Shittiest hair salon I've ever been to. And worthless customer service.

I called and texted Hair Haven May 12th to have 3 people get their hair done for a wedding we were…read moreattending on May 31st in Greencastle, In. Finally get a text back 10 days later stating they were having phone issues and would be happy to help me find something. Whomever texted me back would get with a stylist and get back to me. Never received another response. 7 days later, I try to text and call several times. No reply. Terrible customer service and so unprofessional. Last I checked, my money is good anywhere. We were happy to spend it at the Green Room. They were friendly, accommodating, and did a great job. Hair Haven should take a lesson from them!
