Only one girl working. There are 15 ppl in the lobby. Everyone's appointments are backed up because of the lack of employees. We're now looking at over an hour and 1/2 wait just to begin the process. If they actually cared about business they'd have at least a second employee. AVOID THIS PLACE, find an alternative! read more

I admittedly bypassed all of the negative reviews and went to this location regardless. I regretted the decision tremendously. The location is small, and has a quaint waiting room, and on the table it has a sign stating that they only have one tech who can do the fingerprint/TSA-Pre check paperwork. But that the process only takes 5 minutes to complete. I sign in and wait for 35 minutes before the front desk secretary tells me they are having an issue with the machine. No problem, stuff happens, I understand. The machine finally gets up and running and the tech finishes the process with the other person in there. She then walks out, looks at me (the only person in there), looks at the clock and then says, "I'm going to take five" and goes and takes a 20 minute lunch before coming back and assisting me. She did not apologize or show any sort of customer service, the front desk personnel was of no help either. It took her 5 minutes to finish my paperwork and I was on my way. Save your time, this place does not care about customers nor there time. I wasted almost an hour waiting for an appointment that I made two weeks before. Maybe it was just my experience, but from my time spent there I would never recommended this to store to anyone. read more

Do not use this location. I've had my appointment canceled twice. Most recently it was cancelled 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I'm coming from an hour and a half away. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. read more

Zero issues. Nice lady at the desk. No wait time. Made an appointment in the late afternoon (after 3pm) and there was no one else there.

Traveled 2.25 hours for an appointment that ended up being cancelled without notification. Wasted gas, time, time off of work, etc. Horrible experience. Steer clear of this waste of time, especially if driving from a good distance. I'm rescheduling for Springfield, MO next week. What a crappy business, it figures they are the only company that the government uses, bad service. read more
