If you would like to sign up for TSA Pre Clear, this is the place to go. - "Identogo" is listed as it's own company when you search for it online; they have a few offices scattered around. But this location is inside (or is part of) H&R Block. I'm confused as to whether or not this is a service provided by H&R Block, or if it is its own company. I added this as it's own listing here because it is listed as it's own company in google. - Anyhow - TSA Pre Clear is the thing you can sign up for in order to go through a faster line for domestic flights. I stress that this is for Domestic Flights only; if you need a similar function for International Flights, you need what is called "Global Entry". The only place in the vicinity that allows you to sign up for that is Logan Airport in Boston. - I had an appointment for 4:00, but I was early. They took me right away. The whole process was so fast that I don't think you really need an appointment. It was 5 minutes, tops. All you need is your passport (if you don't have one, look online for the other required documentation - birth certificate, etc). The process costs $85 - they take credit cards or money orders only - no cash or checks. They take down your information, scan your passport, take your fingerprints (Electronically) and you're done. At the end, you get a receipt with some info you will need. You will be assigned a "KTN" or "Known Traveler Number" - but not right away. Your receipt will contain a "UE ID" - you need that to log into the website at the bottom of the receipt - http://universalenroll.dhs.gov They tell you it takes weeks to get assigned a KTN, but it's more like 24 hours. - The whole thing took mere minutes, and saved me a trip into Logan, which I hate. Portsmouth location - First they canceled my appointment with no explanation (my guess was an alleged snow storm that didn't show - I say alleged because my weather app didn't have any snow forecasted). Then there no number to call them at - only the main tsa number. Finally I show and they took me 15 minutes past my appointment. Unbelievable. The gentleman was super nice and clearly hustling, but frankly they need to not take walkins, not accept latecomers, need longer appointments/more time in between, or more staffing. He mentioned every so many appointments they double book him intentionally. Might be worth it to pay the extra $15 and go to Logan for the global (domestic and international) entry pass. read more

I went to IdentGo (H&R Block) this morning as a walk in at 9am when they opened. No one was there to greet me, although the door was unlocked and the "Open" sign was turned on. I signed the form on the desk indicating my name, arrival time (9am) etc... I then sat and waited for someone to show up. The next person I saw was another customer there for the same reason, so we both sat and waited. At 9:05 a woman finally appeared out of the back and asked the two of us if we were there for IdentGo or H&R block. When we told her for IdentGo she told us to move to another seating area. She also informed us the employee who would be helping us had not arrived yet. Mind you, they open at 9am and by this time it's well past 9am. A minute or two later the employee shows up, takes her time putting her stuff away, then goes and finds the first woman we had spoken to. They proceed to walk right past the two customers into a cube and begin discussing a customer issue from the day before. Mind you, these are cubes and everything can be heard from the waiting area where I was seated. After a few minutes of this, I finally walked back to where they were and asked if they would mind waiting on the customers who were there now, instead of complaining about a customer from yesterday. They proceeded to tell me that they didn't open until 9:15 (LIE!!!). I had enough and walked out. I'll drive the extra few miles to Concord or I'll wait till I go to Logan Airport to complete my TSA Pre application. read more
