Went there because I had the screen of my Macbook black screen. First they did not offer me to repair ir, just to change the whole screen. Once done, got home and when I was removing the sticker with the reference number, saw that underneath there was a big scratch hidden there. Went back and they tried to change the screen again until the company said they were not doing it and encouraged me to report it to the pertinent authorities.
