Certainly, don't match the ambiance that you sense when you walk in the complex. Arrived 10 minutes…read moreprior to my appointment and waited for 30 minutes before asking when I'm supposed to meet my Dr.! The answer was "well the Dr. is running late and we have a backlog of 30 to 50 minutes so feel free to go for a coffee or a walk and we will call you" so I went for a walk and after 40 minutes I returned and asked if there was an update, to my surprise she answered "where were you we called your name twice" after reminding her of the previous scenario, please take a seat and the Dr. will be with you shortly!! 27 minutes later I asked again what does "shortly" means? another astonishing answer "Well I don't know what the Dr. is doing, why don't you go and wait in his room"!!! needless to say, I'm not feeling appreciated by that time nor welcomed. So if you want to go through a similar experience, try Elna Complexe you might get lucky or not.

Let me just say the nurse I had was amazing and kind but... it went downhill from there…read more As a first-time parent, I would expect a minimal level of human kindness from the doctor. Dr. Maryse Larouche was completely cold, we paid 100$ to have our first ultrasound there and when my partner tried to take a video of the ultrasound on the tv screen, she abruptly said "no videos in here". I can understand they have policies, but there really was no empathy from her, especially for us being first-time parents. Then we went into her office for paperwork, and she was huffing and puffing the whole time while entering the information into the system. I am not difficult to please, but all of this tainted our experience. Then when switching to another Dr., I went to the clinic in-person to ask to have my ultrasound faxed to the other office, the receptionist complained*** to me and told me it would be difficult despite me handing her all the information and number of where it needed to be faxed to.... ridiculous, and I called to make sure it was done (now 2 days later)... big surprise it has not been done.. I didn't have much faith on that one anyways. I would not recommend this place. Beautiful facility, but that clearly isn't everything. I would like to add that I've perhaps written one bad review in my life. This experience was disappointing, to say the least.

I've been a patient of Dr. Watts for several years now. He diagnosed my immune disorder (Sjogrens)…read more& has been following my complications ever since. He's a wonderful doctor who takes time to discover what's dis- tressing you then relates to his voluminous files before rendering his prognosis whilst ensuring you understand it too. Then he ramps up, directing you to any further specialist you might require like an optha-mologist for your dry eyes. He's on my case & I'm secure knowing that.

Montreal is lucky to have a great Doctor in Rheumatology, and Immunology. You know those doctors that kinda look all hurried and rushed all the time, and sometimes makes you feel like you shouldn't have sat down because they don't have time for you? That's not how he is. He's got pretty long wait times (we're talking like a few hours potentially), so if you have an appointment, you kind of have to clear a chunk of your day to organize for it, but its worth it because, you know that you can talk to him about everything going on and he's going to figure things out for you. Plus when I was still in school, I would bring my school work, or when I was working I would bring my laptop, or books etc. I just went yesterday to see him, and he's swapped offices, and moved into a new one on Sherbrooke between St-Marc and Du Fort. It's spacious and offers a lot more room than the old one. So here are the other reasons why he's great: - He has a fantastic administrative team, Carmon and Stephanie that are friendly, and helps get things done. -He listens to you, and your problems, and when he says he will get back to you, he means it - He's resourceful: He's got a bunch of respected colleagues that have been able to see me, and they are all quite reputable themselves - He cares about the way I feel: As a person with long term conditions, he still asks how life is, what I'm up to, and takes into account the best ways to help me knowing that I do have certain financial restrictions - He takes into account my life picture - meaning, he tries to help me find ways to have a good quality of life, based on me, not on what everyone else is doing -Sometimes he gives you the "look" when you admit to doing something silly, but he doesn't judge you for it - He works really crazy late hours to make sure everyone gets seen ( he's there sometimes at 730am and I also have known him to be there at 7pm) Fun Facts - He has a sense of humour -He uses fountain pens with ink pots -He likes cinnamon, blueberries and chocolate, (not in that order or in that combination) -He's got nice plants so the office isn't stale and boring -He seems to collect rocks, cause there are lots around his office I know that his services are not going to be mainstream for most people, but you know when you feel sick and you don't have family to depend on in the city, it's super nice to know that your doctor and his office cares about how you are doing, Also its nice to know something about Doctors before you go and see them, if you don't know them at all. We review all sorts of things, why not medical offices?
