This was crazy fun. I used a Groupon and got a good deal for a Sunday afternoon. AJ was great about moving our reservation earlier. Sunday afternoon was definitely the time to go. Keyion was our flight instructor and he was great. I can describe how crazy it felt. Weightlessness! After the first go, I knew I wanted to go again. We did upgrade to the double high flights and photos/free merch. Worth it. I just laughed the whole time. The place was clean and well organized. Everyone was very professional. I did not expect to enjoy it this much.

    1st flight at 5 years old :)

FUN FOR KIDS! Not just for adults. I took my 5 year old out for an adventure day and was overly impressed with our first time at iFly! The staff was great and his flight instructor (Aubrey) was AWESOME. Safety is #1 and that was apparent upon arrival...from the knowledgeable staff, to the outfitted gear, they helped make a slightly nervous momma feel assured and comfortable. TIPS: Would recommend the "High Fly" add-on option. And if it's for a kiddo, I would also recommend doing at the very least 2 flights. We did 4 total and split up the fly time doing 2 minutes + 2 minutes. This was a great suggestion by Aubrey, as it allowed for a break in between while others took their turn. *A flight is 60 seconds. My son is still talking about how "COOL" his instructor Aubrey was...thank ya'll for a memorable afternoon. :)

I booked a birthday party at iFly Baltimore for Nov 12, 2022 and we had a great time. We had flyers between the ages of 13 and 5 and they seemed to enjoy the experience. We had a minor hiccup with a portion of the bday reservation but the staff handled the situation to the best of their ability. As a parent who didn't participate in the indoor skydiving, the best part of the experience was the customer service. The staff at this location did a great job. The facility was clean and the party room was larger than I expected and was a private space for our party. If you plan on booking a party, I would suggest you bring extra decorations if you want the room to feel like a celebration.

Although quite expensive given that each flight only last for a minute, my son had a great time. The training was helpful and the instructor was extremely patient with me son. My son was of course given a child's helmet which provided more coverage than the adult ones in my opinion. We arrived to find the doors locked and everyone was standing outside. Once an employee let us all in they claimed the door was open the entire time which definitely wasn't the case since multiple people tried to open the door upon arrival. For that i took 2 stars off. lol I would recommend paying the extra fee for the super high flight. It was a hit for my kid. I was also allowed to take pics and videos but i still paid for the ifly photos. Good experience.

This was a really cool way to bring in my Birthday! The ENTIRE staff were all on the same accord, which was the provide an amazing experience for everyone. You can see that they fully understand that people are going to be nervous, have a Zillion questions, & Be overwhelmingly apprehensive yet... they are ready for it & I was pleased to see that. Our instructor was fun & energic. He gave the instructions clearly & answered each question eagerly, no matter if they were repetitive or not. I enjoyed myself & recommend this location (White Marsh) to all.

Had a great time at iFly! Now I know it's "expensive", but this is not an everyday experience! You can save money by either purchasing tickets at Costco or taking advantage of their military discount, if eligible. We went during the week to avoid the crowds. We choose our time slots and paid online. Then we completed our waiver when we arrived. After a little wait, we were introduced to our instructor. We watched a short video and then coached on how to fly. Our instructor went over signs that would help us once in the tunnel. Next we were fitted for our shoes and suits. You can put any extra belongings in a locker. Ready, set go! You get two turns in the tunnel for two minutes each. That seems short, but it's just enough time. Now you will need to follow everything that you learned during the brief training in terms of correct body posture. Having said that, you must breathe through your nose. I found it very hard to breathe once in the tunnel because I had my mouth open. I panicked (see video)! And my two minutes seemed like an eternity. Luckily my instructor was able to help me out. After we finished we watched the pros and they made it look so easy. Everyone in my group enjoyed iFly! I highly recommend this activity! FYI bring cash to tip your instructor

The most fun I've had in a loooooooong Time! These people that work here are so accommodating and professional. I came for a birthday celebration and had a great time. We took tons of pictures and I will definitely be coming back as frequently as possible. It's expensive, but a whole lotta fun. You first have to take a safety class and then there's some liability waivers to sign. You. Can sign them online before you get there. Then you get to fly like an eagle.

Staff is amazing, the experience is amazing. I did 4-mins & a high flight which I felt like I needed more time. Fun way to get over nerves & a great 1st step to actual skydiving, but only after a few more visits. Alex, Nate & Holly were a dream team to work with!

This place is really amazing! Such a unique, different, and enjoyable experience for all age groups. It's located about 20 mins north of Baltimore in White Marsh. Soon as you walk in, there's the lobby where you'll have to complete your waiver, get weighed, and get your wrist bands. You'll get grouped with others depending on how busy it is. Once you're in the actual space, the process is pretty seamless. You'll get a training brief that's about 10 mins, a chance to put away all your stuff in a locker, you'll receive your gear for flight, and you're all set. Our instructors were super helpful, friendly, and guided you every step of the way. The flight lasts about 60 seconds. We added the high flight option which was an additional $10 to go higher in the chamber and be spun around by the instructor. So worth the money! If you're in search of a memorable and fun experience, I highly recommend this spot!!

Used Groupon for a discounted price. Warm inviting environment. Awesome experience. Staff was great, especially Alexis to prevent a good hair day going bad, she braided my hair to keep me looking "fly" afterwards!

The price was totally reasonable for what you are getting, and for the level of expertise you are dealing with, especially considering that your life is on the line. I have wanted to go skydiving for SO LONG and I'm so glad this was the place we chose. The day started off with us getting there and having some time to kill before our dive took off. They have cool old couches, chairs, and benches that we were all able to hang out on and even pass out on for a few minutes here and there. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because we had to wait for about 3 hours before our jump happened. That being said the wait was worth it, so I consider it a 4.5 star rating! We jumped Tandem, which meant we had a professional strapped on to our backs. My guy, Kevin, had been jumping since 1987. It should be noted that the first thing Kevin said to me was, "I will just say this: I don't buy dinner, and I don't give reach-arounds" This man knew the way to my heart. He was awesome :-) I do wish he let me steer a little bit, and pull the rip chord, because apparently some of my other friends in the jump got to do that, but that is totally small beans. The drop lasted 47 seconds, and I went up to 124mph. The descent was about 5 minutes. All-in-all, the 2.5 hour drive to Laurel, Delaware was 100% worth it. Delmarva was an outstanding company, and totally my recommendation of where to go for skydiving :-)

This was my first attempt and I think it was good for a height-phobic person like me to not have the option of standing on a separate ledge and deliberately jump. In the plane here, you kind of just tip over the edge, and that has to be initiated (thankfully) by your tandem instructor. Those 60 seconds of free falling were the longest of my life, I couldn't wait for the parachute to open. My heart was in my throat, I was wriggling like a cockroach, and I couldn't breathe because of the air pressure assaulting my face. CAUTION TO THOSE WITH PELVIC PAIN: as soon as the parachute opens, the pelvic harness tightens up considerably as you're basically vertical, being completely supported by the harness. You're "hanging by a thread (aka harness)". Think about how that would affect you during and after the activity, since I was in pain hanging vertically in the air. It made it tough to enjoy the slow gliding in such a beautiful weather. Pancake advised that I try and reposition myself so as to almost sit within the harness but I couldn't manage that. The staff is nothing but incredible, they ensure as much safety as possible, and the environment is so Hollywood-y with these sporty gals and guys preparing to jump one after the other from the plane. You can't help but feel the thrill of being surrounded by adventurers. I would like the option of a face shield and/or helmet for tandem jumpers like us so we can enjoy that free fall sensation without struggling to breathe. Also the videography package is worth it!
