I went to Coles one day and saw that they had found my Tim Tams along with many other lost items along every shelf in the store. Needless to say, I took the Tim Tams along with other items that I remembered loosing and walked out. Purchasing online, even purchasing in-store, involves my trust in the standards of their staff with food management. There must be something seriously wrong with the staff or their training that someone thought it was acceptable for unsealed meat to go out in an order, and did that person think a customer would accept that, or did that person just not care or is the store just badly managed, and how did it get delivered that way without anyone else noticing? A refund will not fix my trust in that store, and I shall shop elsewhere in future. Just want to warn others so they don't experience the same from Coles Surfers Paradise.

The Cole's Supermarkets seemed to be well spread over the various cities we visited, which made it very convenient for us to pick up healthy snacks and drinks along the way. We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting Australia.
