One of the tables has a bit of a slant to it and when you shoot a ball it does not go straight. There is no rake so forget using that to make the hard shots right now. There was only one rack for two tables and it is broken. I'm getting sick of going there and having very substandard equipment. If this goes on much longer I won't be back. The felt on one table is ripped and it could have been repaired quite a while back. There's a nice VR game there but the headset has a messed up strap. Last time I was there it was broken so only one of the two positions was usable to play. They did some ghetto fix for it but it's really not up to par. When that place is busy it's packed and I know they have the money for maintenance. There's no reason for this.

The bartender I interacted with, Dana, came off very cold. Later, I spoke with a friend who had been there the day before and they mentioned having a similar negative customer service experience with her as well. When we sat down to eat as a family, the attitude continued. Our waitress was noticeably hostile. She slammed my drink on the table and did the same with my cousin's food. It made what should have been a fun family outing feel awkward and unpleasant. The food itself was just okay. I ordered the sampler with sliders, wings, and fries. I tried asking about the spicy Korean wing flavor and the waitress seemed completely uninterested, simply saying she only eats buffalo wings. There was no effort to be helpful or welcoming. I had been told this location was better than the Utica one, but based on this visit, I wasn't impressed. It's disappointing, especially since I was hosting family from out of town and hoped for a fun, upbeat environment. The wristband got us into laser tag, a few arcade games, bumper cars, bull riding, obstacle course, and slides. It ended up being a great time despite the chaos in the beginning. My suggestion would be to have someone at the front welcoming people and asking them where they were going/what they planned to do. That way, they could direct the group where to go and how things work. We were incredibly lost.

The difference is hands down the kindest most helpful staff I've ever seen or dealt with at one of these. All of them every area we ventured too. One of the kids lost the arcade card i went to the desk to buy a new one i assumed it was the only option i had. The young man working on his own pulled up the information needed to find the old card and replace it for me. It's the little things. The young men that ran all the games and bumper cars all so helpful and kind. Good job guys we will definitely be regulars.
