Just past the church, behind it, is one of the main entrances to the beach itself with a nice monument arch. The church itself is small and quaint, very reverent and peaceful feeling upon stepping inside. Although we didn't stay for a Mass, I can see this church being a nice place to take in a Mass while on vacation.

Lucky to find this lovely church while vacationing in Cancun. Just a quick 15 min bus ride away…read morefrom the Westin Lagunamar. Service in English at 9:00 arrived slightly early and found a nice shady spot near a statue of the virgin. Service was nice the church is open air but very comfortable with misters and fans to keep you cool. The art and statues are very beautiful, and they have a nice little store near the front where we bought a book, some medals, and post cards. So glad we took an hour on Sunday to visit.
